Miss claire eyeshadow : Shade 0508 Review & Swatch

Hey guys! I am back with yet another review on miss Claire product. Today I have with me this beautiful single eyeshadow palette shade no. 0508 by miss Claire cosmetics.

Previously, I told you guys about the miss Claire soft matte lipcreams which falls under my collections of pocket friendly makeup products, and this eyeshadow which I recently added to my collection is so dirt cheap, and hard to ignore! It’s so reasonable that you’ll definitely love to give it a try without a second thought. ☺️

Let’s talk about the eye shadow now. So, I picked up this maroonish matte shade from a whole sale store in Bangalore. It is a maroon matte with a hint of deep pink or deep raspberry. The packaging is so cute. It comes in a tiny tube with a see through cap. Since it is small, you can slip it inside your bag and carry with you anywhere. They have a huge range of shades from the lightest to the darkest, matte to shimmer. And the price may vary depending on the vendors or eyeshadow shades availability.

I tried this shade on myself to test the color payoff and staying power and I pretty much loved it. It gives a gorgeous smokey red eyeshadow look when paired with a black eyeshadow.

However, nothing much is listed on the container about the product, except the ingredients.

Ingredients listed –

Mica,Talc, Aluminium Starch, Octenylsuccinate, Octyl Palmitate, Magnesium Sterate, Pentaerythrityl Tetraisosterate, Phenoxyethanol Chloroxylenol, also contains Titanium Dioxide, D&C Red 7, D&C Red 30, F D&C Red Yellow 5, F D&C Yellow 6, F D&C Yellow 10, F D&C Blue 1, Iron Oxide Yellow, Iron Oxide Red, Iron Oxide Black, Magnesium Violet, Ultra marines, Ferric Ferrocyanide, Chromium Oxide Greens, Chromium Hydroxide, Green, Carmine, Polyethylene Terephthalate.

Price – 140 rs (price may differ shades to shades and vendors to vendors) The place where I bought this , they were selling the lighter shade starting for 60 rs. and the prices for darker shades were up to 150 rs .

Last pretty long even without a primer

Available in many beautiful light and dark shades

Fairly good pigmentation, especially the darker shades

Packaging is cute and Travel friendly

It takes at least two to three layer to get the color pop without a primer.

The long ingredients 😕

My final thoughts on the product –

If you already have an eyeshadow palette with you and looking for particular single eyeshadow then you can try this. Especially the darker shades are bomb, meaning it is highly pigmented and worth every penny. Also, if you are just trying your hand on eye makeup and need just two to three shade to play around with then you can check this eyeshadow. 🙂
Where to buy miss Claire products-
You can buy miss Claire products online. Make sure you buy from genuine seller. You can also buy miss Claire products in Bangalore from the store itself. I usually pick my miss Claire products from Jain brothers at Richmond road.
