Lotus Herbals Opulence Botanical Eyeliner Review

I can’t believe that I haven’t done a review on Lotus Herbals Opulence Botanical Eye Liner earlier. I guess it’s because of the tiny packaging that it escapes my thoughts from reviewing it.  🙂 It’s already been three months that I am using this eyeliner and I have a very mixed review on the product. Before I go about telling you guys my experience , let’s have a look on what the Lotus Herbals Opulence Botanical Eyeliner

Product Claims :

1)      A unique fast-dry formula that won’t skin or scratch, and waterproof to last all day without smudging or flaking.

2)      The specially-designed, firm conical tip enables precise application to avoid the sensitive skin around eyes while the easy long grip allows pin-point control of line, width & placement.

3)      Ideal to relax your eyes, while the almond oil extract helps promote the strength of lashes.

Moving on to the packaging:

As you can see in the picture above, it has a tiny lower body with a slim pretty long upper tube. I like the look and the easy handle of the packaging. It is extremely easy to apply eyeliner with this product. Unlike regular long brush eyeliner , it has a felt tip so you can move your hand from the corner of your eye without much mess.  🙂

  • Almond Oil : Excellent emollient & nourishing properties. Natural source of Vitamin E.
  • Camphor : Cooling effect on eyes.

My experience with the Lotus Herbals Opulence Botanical Eye Liner

I needed a good black eyeliner that I can carry with me in my bag every time I go out, so I got myself the Lotus Herbals Opulence Botanical Eyeliner (anything herbal catches my attention first) . My first reaction when I got the product was ” OMG , it looks so cute!” 😀 I was expecting the liner to have a long brush but it has a felt tip, but no issue I still can use it. It’s waterproof and matte a big plus point.

For those who are getting themselves from the eye pencil to eyeliner game, I suggest Lotus Herbals Opulence Botanical Eyeliner could be a better choice. I say this because , I felt this product has a perfect combination of eyeliner and sketch pen liner . You’ll have more control over the motion of your hands and also it’s a very reasonably priced product to practice and enter the eyeliner battle.

Price: 180 (Indian Rupees) , though the quantity is less , I feel it’s worth the price. Availability of the product isn’t a an issue as you can get it easily.  It is easily available online , in any malls or departmental stores. I prefer buying online from Amazon or  Nykaa.

  1. I love the packaging of this eye liner! I love that it is Black Matte, I prefer that over the glossy kind. I will get one for myself for that upcoming business trip, and I’d get one for my daughter and for my niece too. 🙂

  2. I like matte black better than shiny eye liners. The package is great and the only thing I miss is a beautiful picture of you with the result, but I am sure you look fabulous 🙂

  3. Never used that eye line, actually I’ve never heard of that brand before. I like liquid eye liners and now ifthis is herbal and matt black i really need to test it.

  4. I need this product in my life. I am one of those people that can not go anywhere without eyeliner. I like that this one is herbal and affordable.

  5. This Lotus Botanical eye liner seem great. I love the fact its a matte liner as this would be super flattering on the eye. Its also a healthier eye liner for the safety of the eyes.

  6. It is not too bad of a price and it is great that it nourishes the eyes as well. I think I would like it as I do like matte!

  7. I’ve been searching for a different eyeliner and this one sounds perfect! All natural ingredients, waterproof, and slick packaging .. I think it’s a winner!

  8. I used this Yang, but the product is really bad. The eyeliner washes off with oil and sweat, and with a skin like mine (blessed that I am) it became really irritating.
I would prefer gel eyeliners any day. However, those smudges too. Can you review some eye primers for me. I like my eyeliner to be bold but thanks again to my skin, whatever I try it seems to
Smudge by the end of the day. Sigh sigh.
